Each finished switchplate is recorded, numbered, checked for bubbles, tears, creases, and carefully inspected before each coat of polyurethane varnish. Return Policy and Guildelines: All switchplate order(s) will be delivered for a 7 (seven) day inspection period from receipt of merchandise. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, you have 7 (seven) days to return or exchange the switchplate(s), simply return the item(s) to me for an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. (note: shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation cost are non-refundable). Please notify me by email to receive an authorization number before returning any merchandise. You may wish to insure the package as I can not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you plan to use USPS, I suggest using a delivery confirmation service to track the package. (Only 40 cents extra and it's worth it) Once your package is received, I will promptly send you your refund or exchanged item(s).
