PLEASE NOTE: Due to the uniqueness and individuality of each washi switchplate cover, all items on this website are sold on first email reserve order basis (based on the email time stamp). Every few weeks, new switchplates will be added as they are made. All of the switchplates shown here were available for purchase when this website was published. Some of them, however, may have been purchased by the time you see this. I will make every effort possible to keep my available switchplate updated, although I cannot guarantee an item will be available when reserved. Prices are subject to change without notice. Ordering & Reservation Policy For each switchplate you wish to reserve in your name, please email me to check on availability before sending payment. Please keep in mind that this is a request on "Check for Availability " information only and not an order. please note the following information on your email: 1) the switchplate item number(s) you want to purchase 2) your name 3) email address 4) your mailing address, city state/province, ZIP code 5) telephone code and fax number 6) Need insurance? (additional $1.30 to order) 7) Payment: Check, Moneyorder, or Credit Card through Paypal please mention "check for availability" in the subject field. (You are receiving the "exact switchplate cover" pictured on the website). Wait for my reply within 48 hours (closed during legal holidays and weekends) regarding the status of availability of the item(s) requested. Once availability of your switchplate has been confirmed, I will calculate shipping charges with delivery confirmation, sales tax (for California residents/businesses only), ** insurance, and will repond by email with your "Order Confirmation" and final total due. ** Please let me know if you wish to "include insurance" (add $1.30) or "without insurance" ** Note: for Canadian Residents/Businesses: please contact me regarding: shipping fees, import duty and taxes (if applicable). Upon receipt of the Asian Gift Designs Order Confirmation, please print a copy of the Order Confimation and send it to us with your payment to the address below. Payment can be made by cashier check, money order, business or personal check and credit cards through Paypal. (payment in U.S. Funds). Note: Any orders that are prepaid with a money order or cashier check will be processed within 2 business days from receipt of payment. All personal and business check orders will be held until the check clears before the order(s) is shipped. Note: If you wish to pay using your Paypal account. I will send you my PayPal account information to you. I will also have an email sent to you through Paypal and your credit card payment will be taken by them. Or you can send the payment to my Paypal account. After I have received your PayPal payment, I will send you an email to confirm. Your switchplate(s) will then be shipped. I will hold the switchplate cover(s) for 7 business days to allow time for delivery of your payment. Your selection(s) will be ready for shipment when payment is received and processed. I will notify you by Email upon receipt of payment, delivery confirmation number and shipment date. If you wish to be added to the waiting list for a certain washi paper pattern and switchplate style, please let me know. In some cases, there might be a possibility that I can make more. I will check on my paper stock and when the switchplate covers are finished and available for sale, I will notify everyone on the waiting list for that pattern group first, before I add the switchplate(s) to my website for the public to view. |
