My customers always comes first. If your purchase arrives to you damaged, please contact me immediately to discuss:
a) if you would like a full refund (I will also refund the shipping/handling) or b) select another switchplate.
We can discuss the damage claim later, I want to take care of my customer's needs first.
Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail (United States) and USPS Global Priority Mail (Canada) whenever possible. UPS may be used on larger orders. All orders will be insured with delivery confirmation and if, by chance, your package arrives with damage contents, I will need you to help me do one of two things:
If the contents were shipped by USPS, I ask you to take damaged contents and the packaging to your nearest USPS for a claim inspection. **
or
If the contents were shipped by UPS, please call or email me, so that I can file a damage inspection report. **
** Important Note: Please save all of the packaging and damaged contents until I tell you otherwise, because UPS and USPS may need to inspect the package)
